In Birmingham, Alabama the mosquitoes are trying to be stopped from spreading the West Nile Virus as the number of people infected is rising. The virus does not only effect humans but also animals such as horses. There has been one confirmed case of a horse that has died but many more have died also. One doctor has treated two dozen horses in one day for the West Nile Virus. The doctor says the owners should get all of their animals vaccinated if they have not done it already.
