Mr. and Mrs. Lecroix had some great news for everyone this past week. Mrs. Lecroix has been carrying a baby that we all were excited to meet. She had the baby not to long ago and everyone went to the hospital to meet her. She was so cute and everyone adored her. Then things started to go the wrong way. Her kidneys and liver started to fail and her body was not doing very good. On Friday night of last week the baby had to go to the hospital. That next morning we found out something none of us would never want to hear. The baby had died on September 15, 2012, Saturday morning.
The school sent out emails and text to everyone. There was no way you could not know about this. On Monday morning everyone was going to chapel like it was a normal day; but then we noticed that Mr. and Mrs. Lecroix were in chapel and Mrs. Lecroix was going to speak to us about her baby. It took a lot of courage to stand up there and talk about how her baby died and what all was going on. She wrote a letter just in case she couldn’t get through it but her letter touched us all. She said something that really hit me. She told us that it was like her baby had an appointment with Jesus and she wanted to make sure she got there on time. Mr. and Mrs. Lecroix faith is so strong especially with losing someone so dear to them in such a short time.
