One Direction Sued by Zachary Nobrega

Back in April One Direction, the Famous British boy band, was sued over their name. There was an American band also named One Direction. The American band sued the British band. One Direction’s manager Simon Cowell countersued the American Band. 

In his lawsuit Simon said that that the American band knew about the British band when they picked that name. Apparently, the dispute got settled this week. It was reported that the American band will now be called Uncharted Shores. Uncharted Shores wanted 1 million dollars from One Direction for damages. Though we don’t know what they eventually settled for.
